we ordered 5pcs of pandent lights and they arrived after 4 weeks with unfixable light parts inside. the supplier refused to supply repair parts in time nor provide a proper demo video of fixture. hence not possible to repair the defective glass bulbs overseas. I did not hear from willow after since 1 month! they just keep playing games and delayed the timeline we cannot get any repair service or refund!
